From coconut husk to premium coco peat blocks - every step crafted with care
Our coco peat production follows a meticulous 6-step process to ensure the highest quality growing medium for your agricultural needs. Each stage is carefully monitored to deliver consistent, premium-grade coco peat.
We source fresh coconut husks directly from local farmers and coconut processing units across Tamil Nadu. This ensures a steady supply of quality raw material while supporting local agricultural communities.
The coconut husks are processed through specialized machinery to separate the coir fiber from the pith. The pith (coco peat) is collected separately while the long fibers are sent for other industrial uses.
The raw coco peat undergoes multiple washing cycles using fresh water to remove natural salts and impurities. This process ensures low EC (Electrical Conductivity) levels, making it safe for sensitive plants.
The washed coco peat is spread on large drying yards and dried naturally under the tropical sun. This reduces moisture content to optimal levels while preserving the natural properties of the pith.
Dried coco peat is fed into hydraulic pressing machines that compress it into compact 5kg blocks. The high compression ratio (5:1) makes storage and shipping extremely efficient without affecting quality.
Every batch is tested for pH, EC, moisture content, and other quality parameters. Approved blocks are wrapped in protective packaging and palletized for safe transportation to destinations worldwide.
